公司每個月為每個人支出約八萬元.(薪資跟租金等其他費用各半)
但據我所知竟然有人私接生意!這跟偷公司財物有什麼二樣??更離譜的還叫客人來店裡面交!這是公然搶劫公司資產!
老實說誰都會算!這樣作除了不應該領薪水.應該還要付公司每月靠行費四萬才公道!
以後逮到直接開除!(沒有資遣費).還會要你賠當月薪水+靠行設備費!!
當店店長知情不報.罰薪當月新資一半!!
